We seek to lead young people into a more educated understanding of and active participation in the life, work and mission of the parish community and Catholic Church.

Vision Statement: A Vision Statement for Youth Ministry @ St Mary Parish
A comprehensive Catholic youth ministry program devoted to leading high school aged teens and their families closer to Christ. Our goal is to build an environment where teens feel loved and accepted and are compelled to delve deeper into their faith.
What is a LIFE Night?
The main catechetical component of LIFE TEEN, a LIFE Night is an evening of fellowship, education, and growth in faith that follows Mass every Sunday night. We strive to make the church’s teaching available and relevant to all teens during these nights.
What is JV LT (Junior Varsity LIFE TEEN)?
A youth ministry program aimed primarily at leading middle school youth to an experiential faith. Intended to compliment Religious Ed and prepare younger youth for the transition into the high school ministry.
What is the Core Team?
A group of adults who are devoted to leading youth closer to Christ both through the activities they plan and by being living examples of the love and lifestyle of Jesus.
What is Parents for LIFE?
A group of parents who come together regularly for community, prayer and discussion of issues relevant to parenting teenagers.
What is LIFE Support?
A group of adults (some parents, some not) committed to supporting the youth of the parish by praying, providing resources or helping the Core Team with technical preparation for any of our many activities.

Father, TAKE the lives of our teens. We offer them to You with open hands. Through the example of Jesus, teach them to surrender their lives fully to You. BLESS them with the knowledge that they are Your beloved ones and that they truly belong to a community of love and mercy.
BREAK open their hearts so that the seed of the Word and the power of the Eucharist can be planted in fertile ground, take root and transform their lives. GIVE these teens to the world with the power of the Holy Spirit to witness to the love of Jesus and serve Him in each person they meet.
Let this LIFE TEEN ministry be bread for the world. As Christ gave You thanks and fed many, may we give You thanks for this ministry and ask You to "multiply" it and nurture its growth for Your glory.
